  • Are children allowed?

    Absolutely!  Please keep in mind our Rainforest hike and Volcano tour do require physical fitness and may be difficult for some children. Please contact us if you have any questions before booking.

  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    To maximize your chances of getting the day, time, and a number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard from our website or by calling.


    We do have our booking option to book and pay before arriving in St Kitts. This makes it easier for our guests and does not need to carry large sums of money or go looking for a bank machine while on holiday.   • Do I need to tip?

    Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

  • Are bathrooms available during the tour?

    Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected locations.

  • What do we do in case of bad weather?

    The tours are held rain or shine. We are in the tropics, so it’s not uncommon to have a pop-up shower throughout the day, we will be able to avoid a sudden downpour. However, we advise you to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.


    In the event of inclement weather- such as a hurricane your safety is our biggest concern and we will cancel the tour.

  • Are tours handicap accessible?

    Our tours are not wheelchair accessible. The infrastructure of the streets and tourist stops are not wheelchair-friendly. Our vehicles are not equipped to handle wheelchairs.

  • Does the tour come in other languages?

    At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.

  • Do you support corporate, or private events?

    We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out-of-town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings, and more).

  • What should I bring with me?

    You should bring with you a camera and a bottle of water. We recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses.


    For our Rainforest and volcano tours, proper hiking footwear is required.


    For tours that offer time at the beach, please bring beach attire and a towel.
